I was playing in the kitchen this morning and really wanted to add a whole lot of hemp to my smoothie. I was thinking about making a hemp milk and ended up making this yummy concoction that is loaded with protein from all the hemp seeds I added. Note: If you want it a little sweeter, just add a tsp or so of honey. I found this to be just right for the morning though.

- 2 cups water
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2-3 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp lucuma powder
- 1/2 tsp mucuna powder (optional)
- Blend everything together in the blender.
