Ready for a sugar rush?
I mean a real sugar rush. One that is natural and not fake. One that will keep all happy and jazzed, but not crashing or bad for you.
The best part is that it gives you an excuse to have chocolate for breakfast!

I started making this smoothie over a week ago and have made it every day since. I wake up all giddy and stuff, ready to jump out of bed and make it. I can’t keep the smile off my face when I think about it’s sweet delicious chocolaty goodness.
It’s that good!

Sugar Rush Smoothie Recipe
5 large medjool dates – pitted
2 tbsp hemp heart seeds
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 cup coconut water or water
1 scoop of Amazing Meal for extra nutrition. The chocolate fuzion is my personal favorite and only enhances the chocolate taste.
1 handful of spinach
Blend everything in a blender until smooth (about 30 seconds).
Drink your heart out!
