Essential Oils are a great way to support and maintain your newfound healthy lifestyle.

When I first discovered the power of essential oils, I had just started on the raw food diet and once I had cleaned up my diet I started becoming extremely sensitive to chemicals.

I quickly realized that chemicals were is practically everything I used for my body including body lotions, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, medicines, etc along with practically everything in my house that could affect my health like cleaners, scented candles (I was an addict of scented candles), plugins, scented wax cubes…

The list goes on and on.

Essential Oils came into my life when I decided to enhance and support my healthy body by making over my medicine cabinet with natural, plant based power.

I quickly discovered that not all essential oils are created equal and most have additives and chemicals. If you are as sensitive to chemicals as I am, you can smell them!

So, I had to search for quality oils that were safe to use. More on that in a minute.
