According to Vedic science, consciousness manifests the world through the five Elements:

Ayurveda teaches us that the Universe unfolds into living forms, the five elements organize themselves into three essential principles:
These principles are known at the three Doshas.
The Sanskirt names for the three doshas are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These three doshas are the primary components of life and all living systems.
So, it would only make sense to see how Ayurveda teaches us how to exercise according to our primary dosha.
