[Podcast 004] Layout Your Day The Natural Way
Have you ever tried to create a schedule for yourself and it ends up failing miserably?
What if instead you could figure out a way to layout your day in a natural way so you can function at your optimal potential?
I’ve found just the thing for you.
The times according to Ayurveda may be exactly what you’ve been looking for. Ayurveda breaks down the day into six 4-hour periods according to the Doshas and connects your daily rhythm with nature’s.
Each Dosha repeats twice throughout the day like this:
Dosha Times
Kapha Times: 6am – 10am and 6pm – 10pm
Pitta Times: 10am to 2pm and 10pm to 2am
Vata Times: 2am to 6am and 2pm to 6pm
On a clock it would look like this:

Each time period represents a different energy that correlates with its Dosha. I explain it in detail and how to use this in your everyday life in this podcast episode.

I know this is a lot to digest.
I invite you to start playing with and tapping into this flow throughout the day and see what happens. For me some aspects have been easy to follow and others have been a bit more challenging to get out of the conditioning of the hustle driven society and into the natural rhythm that nature gives us.
