Best Salad EVER!

Tim Van Orden introduced me to this fantastic salad in his video series, getting started. It’s really the best salad EVER. All of the flavors blend beautifully in your mouth with each bite.

I’m addicted.

Seriously addicted.

I will eat it for days.

Just sayin’.


Tim’s Salad


1 Head of Romaine Lettuce

Cut into small chunks for bite sized eating convenience.



1 Large Beet
5 Large Carrots
1 Bundle of Radishes (stems removed)
2 Full Tops of Broccoli

Shred this large amount in the food processor and it will last you through for several days or serve up to 5 people.


1 Avocado, cut into small chunks
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Fresh Squeezed Lime or Lemon Juice

Add 2 handfuls (about 2 cups) of the shredded veggies on top of the Romaine lettuce. Add avocado chunks and top with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Vinegar. Work the avocado, oil and vinegar into the salad with a fork until well incorporated.
