Judy’s Cheesy Kale Chips

I have a new love. His name is kale last name chip. He’s is cheesy and spicy I love him soooo much I just eat him up. Now on a serious note. How to make these awesome things.


Judy’s Cheesy Kale Chips

1 bunch kale
I cup sesame seeds(soaked for about 2 hours or so)
1 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground red cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt (himalayan if possible)
And the juice of one lemon

While seeds are soaking tear up kale into chip peaces about one inch or so your preference on size is up to you.

Mix everything in blender (except kale) and blend till you achieve a paste like constancy you may have to add a little water to blend well.

Now it is time for the magic dump all the mixed ingredients on the kale and massage away. Mixing everything up with your hands is the best. Now that is done place the kale peaces on your dehydrator sheets ( note. Oil your treys with extra virgin olive oil so the chips will not stick to the treys). Dehydrate at 105 to keep the nutrients for roughly 4 hours time will vary depending on humidity levels so check them at three hours. And now you have some kick ass kale chips. I love them so much I have them along with breakfast.
