Raw Oatmeal

I know it says “oatmeal” as part of the recipe name, but there are no oats in this hearty breakfast. Yet, it’s just as tasty and filling. This raw oatmeal is smooth, creamy and hits the spot.

Raw Oatmeal

2 Tbsp. Ground Flax Seeds
1/2 Cup Almond Milk, Coconut Milk or Water
2 apples (cored)
2 bananas
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
goji berries

Grind the whole flax seeds in either the blender or a coffee grinder until it’s a fine powder. Mix all but the goji berries and raisins in a blender and blend at high speed until smooth (about 30 seconds or so). Pour into your favorite breakfast bowl. Top with goji berries and raisins.

It’s okay to make “Mmmmmm” noises with this one.
