In celebration of all the greens that are growing prolifically right now, I’ve put together a recipe for you to enjoy while you relax and admire the fruits of your labor.
Or just to take a break from all that yardwork.
Either is perfectly acceptable.

Spring Green Smoothie Recipe
1/2 squeezed lemon (just the juice, not the rind)
2 handfuls of kale or spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
1-2 cups of water
Blend all the ingredients together in your favorite blender.
